Not quite right? You can request a return within 30 days of your order date for eligible items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached in saleable condition. Final Sale items, gift cards, and gifts with purchase are not eligible for return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account using your email address.
  2. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
  3. Select the order and item(s) you’d like to return.
  4. Choose a return reason and submit your request.

If approved, you’ll receive instructions by email on how to send your return back to us.

Refund Timing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Store credit becomes available after your return has been processed. An OH LÀ LÀ CHÉRI account is required to access store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us before starting a return.
