How can I create a return?

Log in to your account:

In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

You will receive a 6-digit verification code to the email you entered. 

Go back to our store, and then enter this verification code.

Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for us if you wish.

Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions to ship your package back to us.  You will be notified once your return has been processed.  Your refund should be processed within 7-10 business days.


Please ship your return in original packaging with tags still attached in saleable condition.

We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us.

All returns are subject to inspection; we reserve the right to refuse your refund/store credit if your return does not meet the above requirements.

What items are non-returnable?

Any items purchased on Final Sale are non-returnable.

Gifts with purchase.

Gift cards.

What items are returnable?

Unused and unwashed items purchased in the last 30 days with all tags attached in saleable condition.

Full-priced and non-Final Sale items are returnable for refund/store credit.

How soon will I receive my refund/store credit?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received in our warehouse.

Please note any store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until a return is processed.
