Beautiful color and the material feels decent but the cups were small even for a demi-cup. The cups somehow lack structure and have a strange (pointy towards the top) shape at the same time. My biggest issue is their customer service. I submit a return request close to the 30 days and they accepted it. Once the package arrived they took over a week to acknowledge they received it and it's been another 2 weeks with no updates even after I called. I kept some items from my order but I don't think I will be purchasing again since I'm still down a couple hundred dollars and I don't see a way to resolve this issue with Oh La La. Probably won't be recommending to anyone else either.
