There are no fees on returns for exchanges. Receive a prepaid shipping label. 

You will be refunded upon receipt and processing of your items, minus a $5 return fee. 

There are no handling fees on orders returned for store credit.

Exchanges for items that cost less than the original will be refunded the difference.

Refunds are issued within 72 hours after your return arrives. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your original source of payment. 

Store credit can be applied to future orders.

  

RETURN POLICIES: 

  • A $5 Flat Rate Handling Fee is Included on All Returns for Refund. 

  • All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the original order date. 

  • All international returns and exchange requests will be considered however, you will need to purchase your own return shipping. 

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 

  • Merchandise must have all Oh La La Cheri tags and labels attached. 

  • Shipping fees are not refundable. 

  • Any merchandise noted as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Returns received postmarked after 30 days from the original order date are ineligible for returns and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health regulations. 

Absolute Musts for Receiving a Refund: 

  • Tags: Keep all tags and labels attached to the garments. 

  • Underwear: Try on panties over clean underwear. We can only give you a full refund if the panties are in immaculate condition. 

  • Remove jewelry: Prevent damage by removing your jewelry before trying on. Our lingerie is made from fine and delicate fabrics. 

  • Take Care: Prevent perfume, smoke or deodorant from getting on the garments; even the smallest amount can discolor a bra or pair of panties which will disqualify them for return. 

  • Recycle: Not required but consider shipping your items back via a recycled mailer envelope. Or you can use the original packaging! 

Please note Oh La La Cheri uses USPS as its carrier for returns, which means that it can take up to two weeks for your item(s) to reach our warehouse. You will be notified via email within 72 hours of receipt that your return has been received and processed. 

Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be posted to your account.
